DO YOU SHIP TO THE US?

Yes. We have free shipping to our US and Canadian customers.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes but shipping fees will apply for your region.

International countries we currently ship to are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please contact us 

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

When your order starts it journey to you, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER? 

Please allow between 2-5 weeks for your order to arrive. If more than 5 weeks have passed please email us at arrowolfstore@gmail.com to review the status of your order. 

I'M LOCATED OUTSIDE CANADA, WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOM FEES?

Unfortunately we have no way of knowing if international orders will be charged customs fees. We are not personally involved with international customs and do not collect any fees, and therefore are not responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? We love our planet and are advocates for environmental sustainability; every return leaves a carbon footprint. 

Just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and the receipt and we'll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible donate your product to a local goodwill or recycle it.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product.  Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation.  So if you cancel your order but still receive the package then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM! HELP!

If there is an issue with you order ~ it is the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted ~ then simply notify us, and we'll give you a refund.  You won't be asked to ship the product to us.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

Our promise to you is to never sell or give your private information to anyone. We don't like spam and we don't want that for our customers either. Please see our full privacy policy details on our Privacy Policy page.

IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION PROTECTED?

Absolutely. All transactions are secure and encrypted and we don't store any of your payment information.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay using ApplePay, GooglePay and PayPal.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

No. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer gift wrapping for our products but we plan to have this service for you in the very near future.

Everything Else

ARE ARROWOLF PRODUCTS HANDMADE?

No. All items are designed in Canada, but most items are supplied from the US and China. Some of our specialty items are locally made.

I THINK I HAVE A PRODUCT THAT WOULD BE PERFECT TO BE SOLD ON ARROWOLF. WHO DO I CONTACT?

CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCT IMAGES ON MY PERSONAL BLOG?

Thank you for your interest in our products and wanting to feature our product in your blog. We appreciate the love. Yes, you can use our product images, However, you must link back to our website.
